www.superfundpropertyvaluations.com.au is a website (Site) operated by William Spark, t/- Superfund Property Valuations (ABN 26 442 638 692 of Unit 10 25-41 Redwood Drive, Dingley Village 3172, Victoria (we, us and our).

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Australian law. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia in relation to any dispute relating to your use of our Site.
